Hydrate yourself

Summer is here and if you’re actually motivated to venture out in the heat to exercise, here’s an important tip. Guzzle up! You need to keep yourself hydrated. Don’t treat a scorcher of a day like any other. If plain water is difficult to gulp, make that an excuse to reach out for a slush, granita or smoothie. Nothing does you good like water. It keeps you hydrated, your systems in good order, flushes out toxins, your kidneys working and more than anything, cools you down.
