High intensity workouts

If you’re just beginning high intensity work outs, it’s best to start slow. If you’ve started with running or cycling, build your endurance for a month before you build up on the intensity. A good thumb rule would be to go at a rate where you can talk easily without being out of breath. As soon as you have built endurance, step up the intensity to gain the maximum mileage out of your workout.
